Return and Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at nc7c@amateurradio.me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not responsible for orders with incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
